Acceptance of Terms

By contracting our Services, you are getting into these Terms and Conditions. We may amend or remedy them at our own will and without prior notice. Perthbondclean will put all the amendments on its site. This causes the customers to visit this page regularly in a bid to be updated.

Interpretation

  • Customer / You- any individual or any organisation that buys the Services of the Company.
  • We/ Us/ Company- the company where the service is going to be provided or authorised contractors, on behalf of the company.
  • Service / Services- any act, or package as envisaged by the Customer.
  • Subcontractors Contracted cleaner/Cleaners- workers.
  • Heavy Soiled- there is too much there of mud, dust, or grime, than at home.
  • Managing Agent- the manager of the management of tenancies.
  • Premises- property requires cleaning.
  • Vacate Standards- quality of cleanliness in the provisions of the Managing Agent in the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Act 2008.
  • Reasonable endeavours- best efforts that are put in place in light of the existing prevailing conditions.

General Provisions

The Terms facilitate the clauses of all the agreements of the Customer with the Company, and in the situation of any other disagreements or agreements.

Conduct and Behaviour

We would treat our employees with respect as per our will. No harassment and threats, no intimidation, no use of offensive words, no racism or defamatory words. Should this be the case, we will be free to cancel Services without refunding of money, and we will be within our rights to sue.

Inclusions and Exclusions

Pricing and Quotes

  • Its prices are based on the average size of the estate and the average standards.
  • They can also be manipulated in case of discrepancies between what is said and what reality is, i.e. more rooms, more blinds or more dirt.
  • The below 2-bedroom houses are small with 1 sliding door panel and 4 windows, including the cost of cleaning. Big houses (over two bedrooms) have been put up with 2 sliding doors, eight windows.
  • It has special work which is optional, inaccessible places, key retrieval charges and car park charges.
  • Unmaintained premises might turn out to be time-consuming, equipment or resources.
  • The progress report will be on the way through which will be launched before it takes off. At this point, the adjusted cost should be received, and payment made thereupon. The strike out of the refusal to accommodate one of the parties of the Cleaning assurance is also possible.

Access to Property

Postponement

Same-day Rescheduling costs $70. They are also able to pledge the entire booking value in the form of security.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation of the reservation more than once: $50 administration fee.
  • Less than 72 hours prior to the date of the job cancellation, a fee of 100 is charged.
  • It will pay a fine of 200 within a span of not more than 24 hours.
  • Cancellation fees due to safety concerns, dangerous weather or access will also be charged.
  • We can re-reserve or cancel the booking provided that the conditions of the property are not as stated or due to some unwarranted events.

Payments

  • It will also be obliged to be fully paid in advance before any commencement, except where otherwise written.
  • It will be carried with good credit card details. Minimum $50 deposit applies.
  • The remittance will have to be implemented through bank transfers. Within three business days, approval of grants.
  • The balances that will become due within a month will consist of 250 and 5 per cent of the value of the invoice per month.
  • The customer will have to bear additional costs on recovery, which will involve legal costs.
  • The number of chargeback payments or dishonoured is billed at 25 per cent and interest. There are recovery agents who are hired in case of need.
  • A work order is supposed to control payment in an agency order or a government order.

Claims and Complaints

  • The cases of damage or bad performance should be registered within 24 hrs after completion of such cases.
  • Customers need to permit inspection before the third parties are involved.
  • Old fixtures that have not been well maintained or lowly broken will not be liable to liquidity.
  • Lost bond or rent constitutes the lost indirect losses that are not covered. We receive complaints, which are mailed to us via email.
  • And data, pictures to illustrate it and what is desired.
  • The solutions will be identified and put into practice over time, and the quality improvement outcome will be recorded. The parties are also allowed to submit their grievances to the provided consumer protection authority in case of any unresolved problems.
